Pared-back elegance, flexible character, linear design: Incontro is versatility in a new guise, striking a perfect balance between classic and modern style. The frame features low-key, rather boxy volumes and an overall slimline design. It comes in two versions: in the simpler version, the various elements of the frame are aligned for a uniform look; while in the other, the distinguishing feature is the backrest frame, which is higher than the armrests, for a more dynamic, casual effect. The cylindrical legs, with a slightly conical base, can be in a chrome or metallic finish or lacquered in any of Pianca’s 20 colours.
Designer Information
"The combination of beauty and function": this has been the Pianca philosophy throughout history. Pianca was established in 1946 in Gaiarine, in the heart of one of the main Italian industrial districts and the home of “Made in Italy” furniture. Through time, Pianca has stayed true to its core values: a search for a “pure design”, flexibility in production, and devotion to quality and service.
